⼼理健康是现代⼈的健康不可分割的重要⽅⾯，那么什么是⼈的⼼理健康呢？从⼴义上讲，⼼理健康是指⼀种⾼效⽽满意、持续的⼼理状态。从狭义上讲，⼼理健康是指⼈的基本⼼理活动的过程 内容完整、协调⼀致，即认识、情感、意志、⾏为、⼈格完整和协调，能适应社会，与社会保持同步。根据2018年中国权威调查机构显示，我国17 岁以下⼉童⻘少年中，约3000 万⼈受到各种情绪障 碍和⾏为问题的困扰，中学⽣中有2/5左右的孩⼦有不同程度的⼼理障碍。举⼀个具体的例⼦，当我们考试失利后，我们总是会⾯对来⾃学校，家庭以及⾃身的各种压⼒， 因此可能会有⼀些⼼理失衡，⽐如产⽣恐惧，嫉妒等⼼理。如果没有及时进⾏调整，久⽽久之，就会造成情绪上的不稳定，意志消沉，缺乏⾃尊⾃信等。甚⾄有可能导致⼼理疾病的发⽣，从⽽对学⽣的身⼼健康发展产⽣不良影响的。因此，⼼理健康在⻘少年的阶段尤为重要。那么，作为⼀名中学⽣，我们应该如何拥有健康的⼼理呢？我想，我们可以从以下⼏个⽅⾯来做：
Hello everyone, today our topic of the speech is “how to pay attention to mental health and cultivating positive emotions”.
Mental health is an inseparable and important aspect of modern people’s health. What is human mental health? In a broad sense, mental health refers to a kind of eﬃcient, satisfactory and continuous mental state.In a narrow sense, mental health refers to the process of people’s basic psychological activities with complete and consistent contents, that is, the integrity and coordination of cognition, emotion, will, behavior and personality, which can adapt and keep pace with society.According to China’s survey institutions in 2018, about 30 million children and adolescents under the age of 17 in China are troubled by various emotional disorders and behavioral problems, and about 2 out of 5 middle school students have diﬀerent degrees of psychological disorders.
For example, when we fail in an exam, we face all kinds of pressures from school, family and ourselves. This can lead to a psychological imbalance with our emotions, such as fear, jealousy and so on. If not adjusted in time, these emotions can lead to emotional instability, depression, and a lack of self-esteem or self-confidence. Being in this state can have long term effects on our lives leading to such problems as psychological diseases, which have a negative impact on our intellectual development, our moral development, our mental health, and even our physical health.
Due to this, ensuring our mental health is particularly important in the stages of youth. So, as a High School Students, what should we do to ensure we keep a healthy psychology?
First, we should establish a correct attitude toward life. A correct attitude towards life comes from a correct outlook on life and the world. The significance of life is not a result, but a transcendence. When encountering challenges or diﬃculties, don’t be afraid. If you constantly adjust your mind and surpass yourself, you will be able to succeed.
Second, we should establish a state of satisfaction. The satisfactory mood originates from a correct understanding. Be aware of yourself. When being evaluated by others, do not be confused by praise, nor be discouraged by criticism. Keep a balanced standard for learning. Set realistic heigh goals that are not too ambitious, and do not be tempted by a quick success or instant gratification, so the soul will always remain satisfied and happy.
Third, maintain a harmonious interpersonal relationship with others. People who are willing to communicate with each other can get respect, trust and fraternity. People who are kind to others can understand and coordinate with each other, and have a harmonious and tacit understanding with each other. This ties in with our recent flag raising topics of being thankful and kind to others.
Fourth, have a good personality. A good personality is an important sign of healthy psychology. One should keep a balance of being confident yet not arrogant, enthusiastic but not frivolous, tough but not stubborn, polite but not hypocritical, flexible but not slippery, brave but not reckless.
Finally, we hope that healthy psychology will become a normal part of our lives. In your studies, be a positive person, with a healthy mentality that aims toward success!
